DriveTrain/AWD

Please help with any information you may know.

First timer to any forum, Just got my evo March 2011 . I recently changed my Clutch from stock to ACT HDSS. 2008 EVO X GSR , has 53xxx miles on it. Regular oil change, redline tranmission fluid, filter change etc.

ALL STOCK EVO X.

My issue is when I shift up or down on low rpm, I hear a ringing/coin jingling noise under me. I feel that the evo is picking up slow before and after the clutch job, as if it is only running front wheel drive and it may only be. I launched it when tires were wet and only the front wheels spun out!

What do you think it may be that is the problem? What do you think is the costs? Should I let dealer do it, ptuning in VA, or private shop?

I appreciate any feed back, talk your stuff as well, if you will.
(Evo is parked with cover, sitting pretty and clean, but hurt)

Please assist!....

I do know that with a lot of aftermarket clutches it is normal to hear a little bit of noise, almost like a chatter.

As far as only the front wheels spinning, not too sure maybe someone else can chime in with some info.

Definitely not chatter from aftermarket clutch, I know that sound.
I think its something going back to the rear wheels?

I was reading the 2008 EVO X MANUAL. I feel and now believe it has to do with Propeller Shaft .

To be serious, Is this a serious problem? If its not running AWD! Of coarse it is!

Any info my fellow enthusiast has, I'd Love to hear. Please...
