If you are going to just be driving the car and not really racing no reason to build the tranny unless its bad or you have intentions of building the car to race. however if you want to do it, any of the three are good and id recommend while you build it convert to the 5-spd while your at it especially if you want to do drag racing. TRE, Buschur, and Shep are all good places, everyone has there preference and i personally am not running either of those, im going to be running something a little different, but all those shops you cant go wrong.
Also i would replace the meghan exhaust manifold, they are known to crack and a stock ported one will make more power or if you really have some money a stock replacement ToxicFab manifold would help you gain some power.
As for the clutch that depends on your goals, im not quite sure as you want to build the trans and do some drag racing, but you say its just a driver. Id say do a twin disc since you want to build the trans and to me that means racing to me and if you are already in there why spend money twice!
feel free to ask any other questions and enjoy your car!

Forgot the cams. Best combination for the head would be GSC S2, Supertech Dual Valve Springs and Retainers, and ARP L19 headstuds. i know some people are going to say you dont need headstuds blah blah blah
but if you are already doing cams the studs are right there. Y not do them to and have peace of mind especially if you want to turn up the boost. HTH
