just picked up a IX and the clutch pedal only comes up halfway. The clutch engages/disengages between the floor and halfway point. I also noticed that the brake fluid reservoir sits skewed to one side and I can move it and get it straight, but it tilts back to the side. there are no leaks of any kind. Anyone knows what Im looking at to get these issues fixed ?

Edit: Adjusted the pedal and the pedal is all the way up now and it shifts like butter.

 

At the worst, it'd be a clutch master, clutch slave, and brake master. There could be more wrong, but I doubt it. Have you checked to see if the clutch pedal just needs adjusting? The previous owner may have adjusted it wrong to get it where it's at now.
