Would you run this crank
If my friend doesn't manage to locate his Evo 8 crank, this is the other option i am looking at (other than finding another $600 for a Manley crank)
It is a stock Evo 3 crank.

The thrust surfaces have some light radial marks that go all the way around. If anyone has a new aftermarket 4g63 crank (or low milage OEM one that they could measure the width between the thrust surfaces so i can compare it would be much appreciated)

This is one of the main journals, i understand that if there are any marks or grooves that run in a straight line around the circumfrence then there is no MAJOR cause for concern other than taking down the high spots. This mark however does not meet that requirement. I have done the wrap around 1500grit and there are no high spots that i can feel.

This is the first main journal on the timing side. I also took some 1500grit to this journal and do not feel any high spots.
We have no machinists capable of doing crank work here unfortunately
I intend for it to be run in my Evo 3 as close to the 400whp level as i can get on an Evo X turbo with a 20g compressor side with Manley H beams and Wiseco 1400 HD pistons swung from it. Use will be daily driven and autocross so it will see up to 8000rpm. Clutch wise i am running a 2200lb Clutch Masters pressure plate so not too stressful on the thrust bearings
