Need opinion/help with Buschur Exhaust...

Ok, I am about to order a turbo back Buschur Exhaust...but I have 2 questions...

High Flow Cat or Off Road Pipe???

Buschur Racing Muffler w/flamed tip or Magnaflow???

I personally don't mind a loud ecxhaust....but the cops around here seem to have a problem with it LOL!!! They are @$$ holes about that. I want a real good low deep tone...nothing ricey...but at the same time I want it to be mean as hell at full throttle!!! So I can't decide here...need your opinions and any advice you can give...I have 2 days to decide. I had trouble deciding on this system because I originally wanted the AMS turbo back (sweet system) and then I wanted the Turbo XS RFL TI.

I drive a Lightning Yellow EVO VIII and I have heard rumors that the off road pipe causes crap to be strewn all over the rear of the car because there is nothing in the system to catch it. So it's is very appearant on the lighter colored cars....any truth to this rumor???

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Thanks everyone

Have the Buschur w/Magnaflow and highflow cat. It's PERFECT, IMO.

I've heard the regular Buschur (not sure if it had cat or not) but it was friggen loud - sounded good though.

I am kindof biased on the subject, this is more of a bump for your thread than anything.

I had the Buschur racing muffler and high flow cat, and after getting rear ended (bent up exhaust less than a week after instalation!) I had the body shop order the replacement with the Magnaflow. The light weight muffler was not too obnoxious with the high flow cat in place, but if the cops in your area are being a pain in the *** I would go with the Magneflow. After I get the car back I will make vid clips of both mufflers for comparison....but that will be too late for your choice! Anyway, I voted magnaflow.

Im running the test pipe with the buschur muffler. It is very loud but sounds soooo bad BUTT. I wouldnt have it anyother way. Its my wifes daily driver and she loves the way it sounds. Its not loud at all in the cabin but it screams if you are behind it. I forget just how loud it is until Im outside of the car when she leaves the house.

I wouldn't recommend going with the flame tip. I originally got a "burned" JDM tip but it didn't turn out looking like the Titanium tips at all, mostly yellowish in color and not even in coloring all around. The guys at Buschur were really nice about exchanging it for a regular tip though. I haven't had the time to put the exhaust on, so no comments on the sound yet.

Im happy with my exhaust, its very loud though. Im used to it. Later I might upgrade the muffler to something else though, but its the best bang for you buck.. BTW I have the turbo back (with straight pipe)

On the flamed tip comment. We had some trouble getting the right look. What we found was using a different type of gas was all that was needed to get a good blue look.

Also, the JDM style exhausts that point out to the side we aren't going to offer anymore. We are still offering the tip style which is the can but just not pointing them out to the side any longer.

I am not happy with the look and it just seems to soot up the rear fascia. Our standard style comes out straight and has no problem with sooting the rear fascia.

Sometimes even if the money is right I just can't build a product I'm not happy with.
