Stock Head Bolts

I do not want to cause an alarm or anything. I changed my cams last week and I changed my head bolts to ARP as well.

Just checking the torque on the stock head bolts, I found out that the last 2 headbolts (I think its cylinder 4, its the one to your right looking under the hood) only had around 50ft lbs of torque!!! Some were close to 78ft/lbs, but some are definitely loose. To be fair, I have gone as far as 22-23psi with my MBC for short sprints (split seconds) before when I was tuning my boost to 20psi to redline.

They were DEFINITELY loose. I think it is recommended to at least tighten these bolts, specially if you are keeping 19psi to redline or when you go beyond 19.5psi anywhere!!!

California. You can order them from a lot of shops here in USA.
