Tuning - Fuel and timing trim per cylinder
Tuning - Fuel and timing trim per cylinder
I'm getting my car tuned and the end of this week, with the new 2.3 litre engine and a stock Evo 7 turbo.
I know the stock intake manifold doesn't distribute airflow across all 4 cylinders evenly.
What kind of trims should i be looking at to get the max out of my setup?
Does cylinder #4 get less air than the rest? so reduce timing and remove fuel for #4 only?
Does cylinder #1 get more air than rest? so add fuel to that cylinder only?
Cheers, Mike
mod list:
2.3 + mivec, S2 cams, ported head (stock valve size), GSC valve springs (100lb seat), stock IM/TB/ExM, 100mm intercooler, 3" exhaust, 1100cc inj, RON98 fuel, 4" intake
