Need help!!!

While driving the King this morning I noticed my Svc Engine Soon light on. I pulled over and reset the Ecu by pulling the plugs out for a couple of minutes. Ok so the light went away. When I turn the engine off and start it back that stupid light comes on again. I have a couple of mods on the car basic stuff, AfcII EvcII, full hks exhaust and a Ultimate racing cat delete with the O2 bong. I need help any one with any Ideas?

I bet its a cat innefficeny code. O2 bung or not it will usually throw a code. Without the CAT the rear 02 will see a different temp. than with. Hence the SES light. I used to have this problem on my WRX, but you could do a resistor mod to the 02 harness for a fix. Not sure if its possible on the EVO, but probably.
