So you want to just "sort-of" feel the turbo and have your car run pig rich?

If 3 or 4 mpg makes the difference then you can't afford the car to begin with financially.

If you don't have enough self control and maturity to keep your foot out of the throttle when you need or want to then you can't afford the car on a self discipline level.

With proper tuning you should be able to run zero boost and have the most expensive Lancer "OZ" around.

I never said anything about money nor maturity. Because I want to do do something different than everyone else doesn't make it immature. I want to do this because I don't beat on my car all the time. When I don't I would like to be able to get the best MPG as possible. If I can't, no biggy, but its worth a shot
