is there a big difference between 3.323 and 3.312 ratio read diffs, currently running on 3.323 but going to change it to 3.312, dont ask why

the question is will it work fine with a 0.011 difference between this diffs, just want to make sure I will not kill either transfer or rear diff with this difference in ratios

 

they are both 3.3
the differences are too small. they interchange no problem
