Bigger Turbo with stock block
Rod bolts seem to be the weakest part of the engine. The rods themselves are also pretty taxed at that level. There are people that get away with 600whp on the stock block though, so you never know. I have been around 500-540whp for the last 3 years now and haven't had issues yet. My torque has been 400-420. You are going to be hard pressed to make over 500whp on straight 92 octane with a stock block. I run E85 at 32psi to get this much power.

375-400 whp with the E9 turbo in an E7 on 98 RON gasoline. I have so far K&N tube intake, 3" TBE, AEM wideband for tuning,Autometer boost gauge. Looking at cams, any recommendations.Wanna keep it DD also!
With the other mods you plan on doing I'd say bbk-b or MAP EF 3 for those goals on 92. Yes you will need larger injectors ad ad a dw 300 or wal. 255 fuel pump.
If you atre dead set on using meth don't go cheap get a good kit with a good fail safe option. Where lots of people get into trouble with meth is they don't have enough injector and the meth becomes a band aid fix. So be sure you have enough fuel before adding meth. As stated try to keep it around 400 TQ atw.

What torque? I was thinking about going a red or green and then building the stock block after this summer. My tuner said " I'd feel better about a PT 6262 at 530hp than a Red at 470hp" I'm sure because the red is gonna spool sooner and have a bigger tq spike which is what kills stock internals.
Wow if ur gonna do it then do it big i guess lol. How did the t case crack? It shot parts through the radiator?
My car made 515/416 on a mustang dyno on the stock block with a FP 3586 and was fine for two years. It seems like everyone that doesn't care if they stay together they last and those that want to keep it together they blow up lol. I tried a lot to get mine to shoot a rod and it never did
late tq is what the 4G63 likes that's why almost everyone here with a red, black, ef4, 6262, 35r etc keeps there block I have a FP Red DBB with 134xxx miles on the block and my tuner kept the tq under 380 with a 3 port and made 487awhp and had no issues, now decided to build the engine because the cyl#3 was low on compression and the large amount of miles, and almost every Friday I took my car to the track I ran the sh&t out of that car but never had a problem with the Red I was running 28psi and after 6k or so 32~33psi and had no issues what so ever. So it really depends on your tuner and turbo definitively if I had to choose again I'll go with a black or 6262
