Evo VII Idle issues reloaded
Here´s my idle:

I paused a tuning process until I fix the idle, wich I think is a real problem. From time to time the idle will suddenly bump to 1500RPM, stay there for a 2-5sec and then go down to 1000RPM, where it will lope a bit. While cold A/F is spot on 15.3 and once warmed the erratic behavior begins. Fuel and oil pressure are on spec.
What I´ve done:
-NO BOOST LEAKS
-Checked injectors on flow bench. No problems.
-Changed my stock tb, ISCV and TPS with a IX tb with IX sensors. No change.
-Checked plugs - they have only 1800mi. Look fine.
-Installed a brand new COP system. No change.
-Adjusted the BISS for 1000RPM idle using Evoscan ISCV actuator test. No change.
What I haven´t done:
-Clean/change MAF;
-Check brake booster;
-Check BOV for leaks;
Car Spec:
-Evo VII GSR
-Fully rebuilt 2.0l 4G63 with new crank, carrillo rods, Buschur JE pistons, ACL bearings, new gaskets, pumps, etc.
-BS deleted
-Kelford 272 cams
-Kiggly HLA
-GSC 4039 valve springs, with Ti hats and retainers
-Stock lifters. Kinda noisy!
-Stock cam gears
-EGR deleted
-Stock ECU
-Stock MAF
-Perrin intake
-IX GSR tb/ISCV/TPS
-IX OEM BOV
-All new silicone boost and vaccum hoses
-Hallman MBC
-Stock FPR
-PTE 1200 injectors
-Stock FPR / lines
-Deatchwerks 300lph pump
