Need advice on turbo

Been researching but am still up in the air on selection. Looking to make atleast 600 with ability to make closer to 650. Car wont be a DD but see a lot of street time and some track time. Looking for a fun car thats reliable, quick spool up and holds power all the way up. Will be running E85 probably somewhere near 35psi and the following mods.

BR 2.3
JAM stage 3 head
ID 2000's
BR double pumper
ETS 4" FMIC
BR BF 272's
AEM EMS w/speed density
COP with HKS DLI 2
with all supporting mods

so looking at possibly:
HTA 3582R
6266 .82 Vband
HTA 3076R
FP Black

Interested in street performance, lag, longevity, and power curve.
Cost is not an issue, thanks for any info.

Haven't heard from you in a while! I say you check out the FP HTA-86 it flows 75lb/min and will get you to that goal efficiently Most of the turbos listed above won't go 600-650, or will be heavily taxed doing so. Good luck with your ride Bro and keep me posted

Edit: With a built 2.3 and JAM cylinder head it should spool nicely. Just remember with a 2.3 you won't be revving to the moon like a built 2.0, so your turbo choice is key. I still think 650 is too much for a fun car to be street driven. As I said before, I recommend the black and E-85 for a street car and stay at 550-600.
