How to get ahold of TRE?

He simply offers more services and does more work than Shep and Busher. Therefore he got my business.
Also, it was cheaper than Shep (but not Busher).
I am incredibly happy with the results.
And yes, he will talk and talk and talk about either how he does things, or troubleshoot with you. When you get ahold of him his customer service is amazing!

Not bashing TRE by any means, but Shep was over $150 cheaper for the same exact $700 job, and it's only a 10 day turn around. I've gotten an answer from Shep within two rings, every time I've ever called. And he'll talk your ear off.
I found calling right around 12pm every 10min and trying for an hour usually works within a couple days. He doesnt get to work till I think 10-11ish, and works late.
Being persistent, Ive been able to get my Diff done and an Evo3 diff into my old talon within the last year but that was right before he moved shops.

Hmm, I called tre last Tuesday and he picked up on the 3rd ring. I went out there later that day( I'm about an hour away). He's an awsome guy to talk to( boy can he talk). I have had work done by him before and I have never had any issues. He can be hard to reach however. When talking to him he explains why his prices are a bit higher than others and I for one would stand by his work. He has had a pretty busy work load lately and when I was there he had maybe one additional worker( a new guy as he called him)but yea, his phone answering skills always have been below average. If my front diff comes before the weekend ill be taking another trip out there.
Yep. Same here, except mine was only around a month.
I would much rather use him. That's why I'm upset, because he is only losing my business because I actually drive my car and can't afford another months down time just to get ahold of the guy. This is a little extreme. I've literally called 100s of times over the last month or so.

a few weeks?!?! that's crazy. you're a much better man than I am. I would have flown into the nearest airport to him after a week of no phone call response. hope it all works out for you.
