Cars on 24 psi, wot in high gears seem to sound like its surging around 5k+ if I let off throttle it will stop and I can resume WOT sometimes it will make the noise some times it wont. Any idea I checked the turbo for shaftplay didn't move very much so I'm assuming its "Maybe possibly" to much boost with stock downpipe? Not letting enough cfm flow? Any idea would help lowering boost does stop it..

Leak tester found no leaks.... :/ !?
