contacting CBRD

Is it me? I called CBRD 6 times, over a 8 day span. Not one time did they pick up.
I'm used to calling companies and someone is there to pick up. Trying to get some questions answered on the turbo I want.

CBRD rarely ever answers their phone. If you leave a message, someone will call you back though. Or you can PM them and Chad will message you back pretty quickly. If this is your first time dealing with CBRD, don't let the phone calls ward you off. Their customer service is top notch, they are just very busy all the time. Kind of the double edged sword in this game.

Good luck.

Yeah def pm Chad, CBRD on the forums. They only have 3 people that work there so there isn't anyone available to answer their office phone most of the time. Leave a VM or PM for sure. He will def answer any questions you have etc when you do talk to him.

I've never had any problems getting responses inside a day. sometimes inside 5 mins. heck, I've even got through direct on the phone.

it's not hard to do.

Yea, you'll have to leave him a voicemail or shoot him an email. Chad IS the customer service department. He does plenty of work during the day, but makes sure to take time out of his day to answer voicemail and emails and post on forums, and such. It can be annoying that he's the only one, but when you do talk to him, he knows everything that you'll ever ask and more.

I'm guessing depending on what you want to ask him, I'd leave a voicemail, I think he prefers to talk to people since its a lot easier to answer questions for people.
