Grimmspeed help!

So based on the instructions online Im having some trouble figuring out exactly where the vacuum lines go. On the 3 ports, where exactly does port 1,2 and 3 plug into? does port 3 go into the downpipe off the turbo where that little bung is? Do ports 1 and 2 plug directly into the stock vacuum lines?

ports 2 and 3 can connect to the stock lines but depending on where you want to put the grimmspeed you might need to get longer lines, thats what I did anyway. Port 2 goes to the wastegate actuator (small can looking thing on top of the turbo with the arm connected to it) port 3 is your pressure source and goes to nipple on the turbo compressor. Port 1 gets vented back into the intake (there is a nipple on the stock airbox) or if you don't have that nipple it can be vented to atmosphere,.... mine is this way and I suffer no problems from it. Hope this helps.

here is this link to the instructions if you want to see them. https://www.grimmspeed.com/install_g...ne_version.pdf

ALSO PLEASE NOTE:!!! if you install this you will need to edit your rom to lower your wastegate duty cycle or you will over boost and probably damage your engine.

You can leave it unplugged until you get a chance to tune it. By unplugging it, you run off wastegate pressure, so the max boost you can see is whatever the wastegate is normally at (not that you should go WOT with it anyways). It's a safety feature built in so if it fails, you don't go kaboom
