The Greddy RS is notorious at causing tuning problems especially when diaphragm rips. Even when healthy they can cause serious running problems. I would ditch that puppy and install a stock metal IX DV.

Also, the BC cams are known for causing severe issues with respect to power delivery. I saw a report where they LOST 30 WHP compared to stock cams, even when properly setup and installed.

Furthermore, lobe centers are almost always off on these cams. Also, they never match up with the cam card spec. To be even remotely decent they need to be degreed with a dial gauge and dicked with afterwards with adjustable sprockets. Never run them strdight up. Definitely toss these cams into the dumpster and dont look back.

So, I would say that you need to think about the RS BOV as well as the BC cams. Also, did you setup and program the EBC yourself? Check the cracking pressure on your gate too and make sure of its internal spring rate.

I have also heard bad things about those cams losing power over stock, so I would consider putting the stock cams back in just to verify (or rule out) that the cams are the issue.

checked the cam timing
removed the bc 272 cams and fitted stock cams back
changed the external wastegate twice
tested the BOV
checked for boost leaks
after doing all this still hitting full boost @6000RPM. any other suggestions? we have run out of things to check
