So im installing my new o2 housing and I can't get the rear bottom bolt off. I can only get a short wrech on it and can't break it loose with that. Does anyone have any suggestions, tips, or tricks that could be helpful?

 

try some knocker loose, any type of penetrating oil...the old o2 housing is more than likely rusted like crazy

 

Ive been using pb blaster and that isn't really the issue. I just can't get enough leverage to break it loose. Is there like a special tool anyone is using? I mean ive been on this for 4 hours getting seriously pissed.

 

When I had this problem I just took the whole turbo with o2 housing off to get bolts out.

 

Rusted=DEATH

Use this ratchet-3" extension-swivel-socket. Best way i found

 

Also do it when it warm might help break it free. How I broke my rear 02 loose
