Will pay whomever leads me to the cause of my no start issue.
It's not cutting out causing random values. It doesn't log correctly when the car isn't actually running and you're just starting the car
Test light to test ground, constant 12V, and the blue got a signal while cranking the engine and also tested good while rotating the engine by hand and got a signal when the trigger plate crossed the sensor. I used the CPS off the engine that I bought from a vendor as it was in better condition and sold the sensor that I was previously using that I installed back in '04. I believe the sensor installed now is not OEM and the other was. I will have the new sensor in the mail tomorrow and have the next 3 days off work to see if I have any luck.
Tried the new crank sensor a little bit ago and still had no luck. So 2 ECUs, 2 cam sensors and 2 crank sensors tested so far. I wish I had a shop near me to take it to. Runs like champ one night and randomly craps out the next with absolutey nothing touched.
Earth points.
calls them Earth points. If you look in the manual, in the electrical component locations. You will see the ground points, where they are bolted to the body. You will see thicker triangular black lines, showing the ground points that should be bolted down tight. Page 0-8 starts with the symbols for the component index.http://www.evoscan.com/manuals/Evo8/...l%20Manual.pdf
Good luck!

PS pages 2-14 to 2-17 has the picture locations.

Check the power from your ignition switch to your ecm when cranking. If you have power from there to the ecm, check from ecm to coil to verify theres power to begin with then check your coil. I had same exact problem with my truck the other day with same exact symptoms. Fuel to rail but no fuel out of injectors and no spark. Turned out to be coil went out n because I was cycling the key so many times to try and find the problem then the ignition switch went out. Replaced both n bingo started up n runs great, granted my 91 k1500 has less computers but its worth a shot.
Then you either have the wrong XML file for your map or your tuner intentionally screwed up your map so the addresses don't point to correct location by obfuscation...
Honestly, this is your tuners fault and it seems he has zero accountability for the map he sent you that screwed up your car. The guy you paid to email you that map should be the one responsible for getting your car to run again.

As such, do you have the old ROM? Can you edit it to see if it's your tuner's ROM or the XML file that's locking you out of those fields? Also, I'd try flashing that back to the car and see if it fires.
Are you sure you're still not getting a signal to the coil after the new CPS? You said the fuel pump went bad from rust/debris, so this is probably the same story for your injectors.
I've got a gut feeling that you're over-thinking the situation. Clean and test the injectors!!
