Is it like a baby rattle sound? Or more like a stronger tapping?

After reading through a few of your previous threads about engine issues it seems like you have a few problems to sort through. You shouldn't be eating plugs that fast and the plugs shouldn't be so bad that the car wont go anywhere at all and it bucks? Usually when a plug starts to go bad just because of age and wear it will start to break up under higher loads and when boost really peaks you will encounter spark blowout etc. If your eating plugs quickly then one likely possibility is your tune is just not right.

That being said if it sounds like a baby rattle im 90% sure its knock...And if you can hear knock then its quite a bit and really should be addressed immediately.

Change your oil filter and cut it open to see if you metal flacks in it. if you its your spun a rod. of drive it till the motor locks up.

It's not rod knock and what the deal is we just build the motor and changed a lot in the process so we are weeding out the issues. First ate plugs from running so rich at idle this was due to the iac going bad. this last time i found that one of the wires on the sparktech was grounding out and at the same time i replaced the plugs so it was most likely not the plugs that time. Its more like a tapping noise doesn't do it at idle or when being revved or while cruising only when accelerating it seems. I tried to get a video of this but with the wind turbo and road noise it was hard to distinguish. And I am actually up in Fort Collins but I appreciate the offer to come help!

If you just built the motor, even more reason it could be rod knock or spun bearing. Usually they knock within the first 350mi

Depending on the PTW clearances and piston type used, it could just be piston slap. JEs are an extremely loud piston especially when gapped loose.

It's and exedy twin and it only has 15 miles on it. so far been fighting it just to idle. I had a spun rod bearing once and this doesn't sound anything like it so I am 95% positive its not in the bottom end.

Rod knock would also be heard if he were free revving the engine.
There's a couple of things I would check:
1. check your oil for metal flakes ( I use a magnetic drain plug for a reason)
2. You could have the wrong weight oil in there. Try a 5w30 non synthetic for breaking in the motor.
3. check all the bolts on all your pulleys. Make sure there's none that were left loose when you put the engine back together.
4. check your suspension - make sure the axles are seated fully, lugs are tight, basically all suspension parts tightened down.

This should get you started.

After checking into every thing...I think this may be piston slap. There was a good amount of piston to wall clearance and with those super short skirts on those forged pistons seems like that is the likely suspect at this point.

Two things I suggest. First make sure your Cam gears are torqued properly. I have had them come loose and make the same sound under acceleration. The second thing that makes noises under acceleration is a bad main bearing. I hope that is not the case.
