Cracked Header

I was recently looking over my Evo and I realized that my header was cracked on almost every weld. It's an Invidia ram horn header, so I wouldn't expect it to be happening since it wasn't cheap. I got several opinions for why that would happen and was wondering if anybody has had this issue before and what I can do to not have repeat problems. The reasons include:

1. The vibration from the engine is causing the welds to crack and I need to add steel bars from the base to the top of the horn for support

2. The welds are crap and Invidia was a waist of time and money

3. Since the header is wrapped, it's not providing enough heat removal and that heat is causing the welds to fail

If anybody has experienced this problem or knows how to prevent it, I would be greatly appreciative of any advice so I don't have to replace such an expensive piece of equipment again

Thanks. Will it still be able to handle 25 lbs of boost with a peak of 28?

Almost all tubular manifolds will crack eventually, especially if they are wrapped. Get a ported stock manifold and ditch the invidia one
