are IX and X metal bovs the same ?

as above, do they both can handle same amount of pressure ? if no, which is better and at what point they begin to leak

A metal stock IX bov will start to leak at around 25psi. If you crush it you can make it hold up to 30psi but then you risk getting bov flutter.
Don't know about the X bov. Fitment is the same though, I'm running a X bov on my car ( Cobb BPV).

My X DV held 27psi. I switched to the Synspse and it remained the same. Mine was pretty good.
