My car is stock except for turbo xs cat back and forge bov and k&n typhoon intake, and stupid things like grounding kit, and turbo timer, cusco rear strut.

I don't have the dynoflash, and I never dynoed my car with them. I will be stock for a while until I get money, right now I broke

Talking Results!!

What a day at Pruven!!! We made it through the snow and ice and it was well worth the trip!!!! My cars just about finished and we already have passed the 300 mark!!! Al promised it and we got it, and were curently running 19psi dropping to 17 to redline.

Exede=235.7 whp (21 psi) 214 ft lbs
Dynoflash=308 whp (19 psi) 309.7 ft lbs

Al did his magic and it was so much fun hanging out at the shop, they are a bunch of great guys who love to help out their customers....300whp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually my car was so weak with the exede I wondered if they were going in reverse ???

I am just now wondering if Vishnu has a 100% money back guarantee like Dyno Flash does and if I can get back my money or should I just sell it used for a loss becuase this whole experience has been a giant nightmare for me. After spending several hundred dollars on dyno appointments in two seperate dyno shops only to find out that I was given a "weak" tune that made less power than a stock evo, I am less than satisfied.

Ok...I like Al's product and I think it's great, I also think the XEDE unit is good also...but...

What EVERYONE is forgetting is that the XEDE unit numbers are what he HAD on the car...the car today in question had NEW STUFF put on it. Nothing against Al or Shiv's products...but if the units were put on PRIOR to this dynoflash and the XEDE unit was tuned for it....then the dynoflash happend with NO changes to the vehicle in question....the difference would NOT be as big as it is!

Just my 2cents

$375 in dyno time, and it was well worth it trust me....i just took it for a ride and its unreal, nothing like the Exede at all....anyway, i didnt bash Shiv until i got ****y customer service and a bunch of excuses why the car wasnt running rite...BOV, intake, whatever, my cars done it wont change and runs unreal, on the highway it felt like a damn jet, no dropp in power at all, threw me in the seat and kept me there, what an experience!!!!! thanks Al and the guys at Pruven!!!!

i am not adding anything to this bro. the way i look at it, if this argument is coming from the same kid that started a thread called "dynoflash or Shiv, we have a winner" about a month ago where he said that he made **** load more power with the exed than his bro with the dynoflash than it really is no valid argument to begin with.

i have 100% faith in Al because i know his product works. i also have 100% faith in Shiv for the same reason. that is why i keep saying that each person should go with what he is comfortable with. if this kid wants to make an *** of himself by changing his mind every week, than let him do it.

you know kids do strange things so let it be...

Yes, like disconnect the XEDE's boost control so it only runs mechanical wastegate spring pressure during the dyno "test". Anyway, i'd still like to see the dyno results for kicks.

this isn't really the best comparison between then xede and dynoflash...there are just too many variables to deal with. (xede not being tuned correctly, changing mods but still running same xede program, ect.)

and these arguments are so childish...ugh.

I dynoed at 234 whp on the Pruven dyno with 93 octane. This was at the dyno day in November. Most of the stock cars there were all over the place, from 215 to 235 whp if I remember correctly.

Smogrunner, I believe it was in the low 230s stock. My car ran 222 stock (just after break-in, about 850 miles) on XS Engineering's dyno in CA. I think 220-230 is about right for most Evos on the "average" dyno.
