Manifold advice needed

Gents,

I have an HKS turbo kit on my evo 9 atm,

originally it had a 3076 on it..about 3-4months ago I replaced it with a GTX3076R
retaining the original HKS turbine exhaust housing

unfortunately the stupid manifold is made of papier mache. and keeps cracking on me.. it also causes very annoying resonation and vibration at ~3-3,500 rpm that buzzes through the whole car..

i'm getting tired of removing and getting it welded and re-installing it...
and now it's summer at over 90* F at night time and well into the 100's during the day..so its getting tiring real fast

i'm looking to replace the manifold..

the issue is..

I have an HKS WG,DP, turbine side etc..

Ideally i'd like to re-use as much from the kit as possible... and mimize cost.. (it was already expensive enough the first time round)

what do you guys suggest to be the most cost effective solution?

buy a full race manifold or similar, and Lop off the flanges and get HKS flanges welded on? would they compromise it's strength/quality?
ask them to make one for me with the correct flanges supplied?

i'm happy with the turbo and the WG and everything else.. and the pretty HKS heat shield. and I don't want to spend a fortune on redoing the whole kit.. nor do I have the stock turbo/manifold to go back to.

any suggestions ideas appreciated..
