UICP on EVO 8

Ive read in a few diferent spots on here that there is no need to replace the UICP on the 8tasking because you really dont gain anything out of it. Is this true? Also is it better to relocate the battery for the direct route shorter UICP? Seems to me there would be a little less lag on the straighter pipe.

Yes true you'll see no performance gain. Short route UICP looks way nicer in the bay though thats for sure

Theoretically you should gain spool, but honestly I have never seen it quantified nor is it anything you would ever feel in any way.

Happy Modding

what bone100 said, but a much cheaper way to fix that is to just get t-bolt clamps
