4G63 with super long rod and 88mm crank

Hi,
Anyone can advice me if I can use a 4G63 engine and 162mm rods and 88mm crank.

I know you can do it with a 4g64 but I am keen on using the 4g63.

Could you guys please advice what pistons I can use with this built?

Thanks

That may force the piston rings too close together.

Same as the LR2.4 or a 2.3 piston for specs, but it will be custom for you since you need a specific dish for compression. We use Wiseco 1400HD for this application.

That would work with a 156 rod but the piston for 162 rod on a 63block would be unique. Definitely a silly build. LR 2.0 is not needed much less super long rods.

Hi,
Thanks for the replies.

So is it advisable to use this set up? I was thinking this would be able to make the engine rev higher ?

Or should I just get the i beams 156mm rod and use the 94mm crank and make a 2.1.

Another question for you guys?

What Mahle pistons would work with the 2.1 stroker. Am intending to use Mahle because of the material used.

I am building a Drag car in Singapore.

Another quick question!

For the AMS drag EVO 2.1 short block

It's usingh the JE pistons ? What size
And 150mm Rods
And 92 or 94 mm Rods.

Anyone knows what size is the pistons ? And also why do they use the short rodinstead of a long rod ?

Thanks
