Blown turbo or something else? :(

alrite guys, did a boost leak test to 25 psi, found a leak, fixed it, did the test again, no leaks, hooked everything up ,and now at idle the car is blowin out white smoke from the exhaust, also when the hood is popped and ur lookin rite down at the turbo, a plume of smoke comes up from the turbo. NOT COOL, so i need sum justification from u guys, and also wat would u guys do now, i dnt have the funds rite now for new turbo and all that crap. so do u think a rebuild from FP would b sufficient. also ur gonna ask y i had the boost leak test so high, well im currently getting tuned for it and will b runnin that much boost so yeaa...answers plz guys, thx....

have you checked for turbo leaks around the oil and coolant lines? You might just need to replace the crush washers or tighten the connections

wht smoke is water...so its either a water line leak as suggested above or a head gasket--take your pick.

You have water lines going to your turbo...check those... I highly doubt you lifted your head...

Many folks mistaken the white smoke, oil can also do whitesh color dont be decieved.

I don't see how you screwed up your snail with a boost leak if you did everything right

You are fine. When you were performing your boost leak test you pushed oil past the seals in the turbo by pressurizing the crankcase because your breather port is still plumed into your intake. Did the same thing once and thought the same thing you did. It'll go away on its own once the oil that puked into your downpipe burns off. If it doesn't you might actually have a problem, but I'd bet that's your issue.
