Timing question
This would be better asked in the tuning forum.
Generally it is said that the cars will not benefit from anything over 19*.
You only give timing until the car stops making good power gains at a given rpm/load cell. Then you back off a degree or two for safety generally. ( I would not say that 1whp is a good gain.)
The amount of timing that you can run at a given rpm/load cell will be dependent on many variables, such as boost level, rpm, fuel, intake air temp, set-up etc.

Pretty much every car is going to be different. Like stated it depends on boost level, fuel, mods, and other factors. So for us to say run 19* in a certain load/rpm may not be correct for your particular setup. Only getting a tune can tell you what you are looking for.
