There are many shops that would be willing to build you a motor. Don't expect to pay any less than $4K for a nice shortblock w/HG and 60K stuff.

This thread is on the 2nd page and not one person has asked what his budget it? What are your goals, etc.?

From what I've gathered so far, you should be doing your homework on what it takes to accomplish what you've set out for.

That's probably because he didn't ask for advice about his setup, he asked about a shop to build him a motor. Unlike the majority of EvoM, the folk in this thread answered the listed question rather than jerking themselves off by answering questions that weren't asked for . (Not coming at you, just a pet peeve of mine).

If I was shooting for 200hp I'd still have the same shop build my motor.

What fuel? Exhaust needs to go. 3.5" with almost no muffler or a good muffler and a dump.

I lost 50whp going from a very non restricitive aero turbine to a 3.5" Magnaflow. Put a dump on it and the power came right back. 3" is a cork. It actually also needs a 3.5" or 4" downpipe as well.
