Timing belt Crank sensor rub

I'm new with the Evo 8, I've only had it since February.
Anyway, a couple months ago I started getting that mysterious T-belt noise. Well I researched it and found a lot of information here, replacing "the bracket" and belt etc etc.

I pretty much loaded up the parts cannon and changed all the pulleys with bearings in them except the Balance belt tensioner pulley. I installed a Gates racing blue belt and balance belt and new water pump, tensioner. Everything.

I did notice black marks on the crank shaft sensor blade caused by the old belt. Which by the way was chewed up and had belt fibers and dust in the covers.

I figured since the car had 100k miles the belt hasn't gotten replaced. So all new parts should theoretically make the noise go away since everything would be tight and all.

Anyway does anyone know how to get rid of the noise all together? I understand the Gates belt is supposed to be a little wider and it will make noise, which its noise is different, its more like a whine. But the original scrubbing or rubbing belt noise needs to go away otherwise I feel like my belt is going to deteriorate just like the 100k mile one very quick.

Do they make a crank sprocket that has a lip to keep the belt from walking towards the blade? or an aftermarket unit to keep it on track?

any help or advice will help. Im stumped here.

Thanks
