Crazy bucking when I hit any boost?
Crazy bucking when I hit any boost?
alrite, im tuning through tscompusa rite now, so im askin you guys cuz hes really busy and were on a brief break rite now from tuning since i came home(im military) ne ways we were initially tuning on e85 everythin was goin fine, but ive switched over to 93 cuz Pennsylvania only has like 4 e85 pumps in the whole state and none r remotely close to my parents house. so the fuel map i have on now is just a base 93 map for my car, but still should b able to go into boost and wat not, but now since i switched over to pump the other day, literally whenever i see ANY boost the car bucks violently and the afr goes straight to 9's, now coudl it possibly b the spark plug gap? it is at .20 for the e85 and ran great. does ne one have ne other suggestions becuz tryin to drive 7 hours back to ohio with no boost pretty much wont b fun. i literally cannot pass a semi going up a hill lol ne help would b great guys, thx
if you're AFR is in the 9's in boost, that's the problem. that rich of a mixture can easily drown out a spark. it's a base map you have not a tune, get a tune and see where that puts you.
im on the 93 map for sure, cuz the other map, is crazy lean just at idle, not sayin its not the map, but i really have a hard time tscomp would give me a base map that cant even get into ne boost at all, it really sucks
