distribution box replacement?

I recently had my alternator die, so replaced it along with a new battery for safe measures. Start up the car like a charm, drive 5 miles down the road and my battery and brake light began to light up. Made it home, checked the alternator, alternator fuse in the engine bay fuse box, everything looked right. I dig a little deeper and this is what I found. Basically blew my 100a fuse on the distribution box (guess that's the name of it). How do I go about replacing this fuse? Would I have to buy an entire distribution box or can I find a replacement box at a local store like Best Buy? Need the car running by Sunday so not much time to order anything. Any suggestions on how to get back on the road? Thanks.
