need help with oil passage identification

alright so here's the story, blew my engine in my evo 9 11 days after I bought it. I've been waiting 3 and a half months for the rebuild to be finished (2 past what I was told). Well I just got it the other day and its still halfway apart, which is fine because I'm fairly proficient with mechanics so I can finish it up, but there are a few things I don't have in my pictures I took taking it out, and I'm missing a good deal of parts. What I need help on is on the front side (exhaust) I've got 2 threaded holes in the middle of the block that look like they go through to the oil galley. I'm about 90% certain one is the oil feed port for the turbo, but the other is about an inch or 2 below or above (depending on which is the feed port) that hole and I'm not certain what is supposed to go there. Any help would be appreciated and pictures of the part for my ease of identifying would be great. Thanks.

Oil feed for the turbo is on the right hand side of the head at the front not the block, and im pretty sure all evo blocks have threaded bolt holes in the front of the block that arent used, or they are for brackets on the standard exhaust but i have never seen an evo with a standard exhaust so wouldnt know for sure.

Yeah that was my mistake I finally got a light into the hole and what I thought was an oil passage was just the back of the block. What threw me off was the company that built my engine put an allen head plug into the oil feed port but I lined up the turbo and the oil feed line lines up directly with the plug. My newbie mistake, just not fully used to these engines yet, I'm coming from domestic small blocks and ecotecs haha. Thanks for your help though
