quatermaster 8 leg clutch lock out in 4th gear?

Hey guys, I had the quatermaster 8 leg race clutch for about 3k. Last year I brought it to the track and flat foot shifted every gear no problem, after sitting thru winter now the car flat foot shifts but it will lock me out to go into 4th gear. Anyone have any input on what can cause that or any solution to it ? btw its a hydralic throw out bearing. any reason it would need to be rebleed or adjusted ? thanks

well if it still shifts good in the other gears then you likely have damaged forth gear syncro

I would agree that fourth gear syncos might need looking at, but latley some threads about fourth gear lock out have been popping up with the new 8 leg. too many fourth gears missed at the shootout. lol

94 AWD has got it, synchro. I had the same issue, with the same clutch. That clutch is not the most friendly on your transmission, but holds anything you can throw at it.
