Can someone recommend the best way to have something kick my throttle open enough for a rota idle. Looking for something on a budget too if possible.

I read somewhere someone was recommending a Nissan diesel injector pump but i'm having a hard time locating one. Also, someone mentioned that it might be possible to just use a bosch IAC. Does anyone have any info or any good feedback on this topic? Thank you
