Is there a way to know what type of cams I have?
I bought my Evo 8 with aftermarket cams installed. I have no idea what type they are. Is there a way of knowing with let's say your idle speed? I am idling at 1150 rpm.

Not really unless you pull value cover and get numbers off cams. Idle is set by your CPU or ECU.
