Can some one tell me if this is stock??

Just bought an evo with a FP red on it and was told it had a 25psi waste gate on it but it seems stock from a evo 9 turbo..numbers on it are 1011-1229 then the numbers on the bottom ar 47547 11306 ..thanks

Oh ok cool ..I guess I have to call FP and see if its a 18 or 25 psi
