Evolution

Hi out there!! I have a Evo and i was wondering if any one of you have problems shifting. I feel like my cluth is stuck does any of you have that proble m?

Like when i shift it feels like something is sticking together like honey for instance i know it dosent make sence but im a new driver of my evo so i asked someone else to drive it for me and they said the same thing it just dosent feel right

I bump alot when i drive normally. Most likely its me but i just cant figure out the spot for shifting???? anyone else?
