I fixed the same problem. I got the following information from this thread. It may be a misfire from a spark plug. My light has not turned on since
"another quick way is to open under hood fuse box,pull the two fuses that have what appears to be an engine,1 is the#8 20A fuse and the other is the #15 15A fuse.leave out for at least 1 minute and reinstall.you just reset you ecu,and are all set,no ses lite and no history code either,and like stated above,if there is still a problem,it will come back.The good thing about doing it this way is that the radio presets are not lost and after a while you will notice that your battery terminal end on cable will no longer tighten enough to provide a positive contact(that is after 50 or so times of disconnecting/reconnecting).Hope this helps"
