Boost dropping...Help..

Hey posting for a friend.

Hey, I ended up getting my Evo 9 about a month ago with 50,000 Miles, there was oil leaking from the valve cover and soaked my timing belt and the timing belt sheered some teeth, my valves were messed ended up getting the head redone checked out its got 272 cam on non mivech side and dual valve springs and retainers.

Got everything redone but same thing as before my boost hits about 1 bar then drops down to 0.5 bar @ around 4000 rpm.

I got it boost leak tested and seemed to check out alright . can anyone can help me out with this please.

Are you positive that you did a thorough boost leak test? I can help if you want.

it is always best to do a boost leak test yourself in my opinion. Do it from the turbo inlet and windex should be your best friend

This^.. There are shops, and then there are SHOPS. Best to do it yourself and check the TB seals and all the overlooked places like the vacuum lines and hairline fissures in the IC hoses, etc.
