Thumbs down Need a Rebuild?

Had my Mechanic check out my Evo IV yesterday, said she has no compression, she's been sitting a while, but he says that some how all the oil has been drained as well as the coolant, I'm baffled as to how that could've happened. Now I'm thinking to do a full rebuild one shot, ideas? obvious internals are needed but what else should i do at the same time? really could use the help.

She has an Evo VIII block, the IV block suffers from crank walk due to bad seals/bearings, I'm thinking of going with an ams master rebuild kit

I think it's all going to depend on what type of driving you intend to do. I just stroked mine to 2.2L. I'm amazed at how much the added torque made daily driving. Street light to street light is much more manageable. I would really consider stroking it if you daily drive or even plan to road course it.

What setup did you do to make it a 2.2?
