Fuel on top of pistons?

What would cause fuel to be on top of pistons 1-3, and the spark plugs wet from the fuel as well?

It's running rich or your injectors are sticking open.

Injector issue, I had a similar problem and it ended up being a short in injector wire in the wire harness causing injectors to be stuck open and dumping fuel .. Could it Possibly be ignition issue not burning the excess fuel

once I get this excess fuel sucked out, im gonna throw new plugs in and see if it is ignition related. Also, what did u do to resolve the harness issue.

make sure that you clean all the fuel out, change the oil and put oil in the cyinders or you will be burning up the piston rings.

Take a long flat head screw driver, put it on on top of the suspected injector and put the handle end up to your ear. You should hear a ticking sound, that's the injector pulsating open and closed. If you don't hear anything then it's stuck open.
