Like the title says i am wondering what the differences between the two are? Thanks.

I looked, and came up with the following:
Here is what the SAFC (1) offers:
DIGITAL SUPER AFC
Piggyback Fuel Computer
Modifies air-flow meter signal (pressure signal in some vehicles) to optimize fuel-air ratio; Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD).
The second-generation S-AFC is a fuel computer that adjusts fuel/air ratio by modifying the air-flow meter/MAP sensor signal. The S-AFC features a user-definable, eight-point, adjustable fuel curve that can be set in 500 RPM increments. The range of fuel adjustment is +/- 50% at each of the user-defined setting points. On hot-wire vehicles, the Deceleration Air Flow Correction function is capable of curing the erratic idle and stall problems associated with open-atmosphere blow-off valves on hot-wire air-flow meter systems. The S-AFC is capable of monitoring and replaying the following data channels in Numerical, Analog Meter and Graph displays: Intake Manifold Vacuum/Boost Pressure, Air Flow Capacity, Intake Manifold Pressure, Karmann Frequency, Engine RPM, Throttle Position, and Air Flow Correction %.
Due to the complexity of this product, A'PEX recommends having the S-AFC and other A'PEX electronics installed and tuned by authorized A'PEX Power Excel Shops.

"One of my friends just bought the SAFC2 and your 3" turbo back exhaust. He already had the intake so all we had to do is the tuning. The intructions were straight foreward and didn't take hardly anytime.. (of course I have installed an SAFC on my Talon before.. but non-the-less).
For anyone who hasn't got an SAFC2 for they're EVO, then your missing out. It has made the biggest difference with a pretty much stock set-up. Get the SAFC2 over the SAFC.. the second has an added Knock Sensor and Battery Voltage monitor which is really handy. Also, take the time to set up the O2 readings. With the O2 readings and the knock sensor readings, we've been able to tune out his EVO very well, and still be in a safe range... These EVO's run very very rich from the factory.
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks to all the people at Buschur, and wanted to reinsure people of getting the SAFC2... well worth the money!"

Hope that helped you
BTW, If your planning on doing a BuschurFlash, the SAFC is not a mandatory item

Well i want to know if the safc ver.1 will be good enough to tune my evo or if the ver.2 has more features that i will need.

Basically, the 1 has 8 points which are adjustable in 500 rpm increments. The 2 has 12 points which are adjustable in 200 rpm increments. The 2 also has an arguably useful knock signal feature.
Either will work.
