Lawyers aren't a problem for me. Both my sisters are lawyers, and I'm a poli sci major at UCLA, so in a few years, i'll be a lawyer too.
I didn't really want to become to litigious with this matter, seeing as when you bring the law in, things tend to take a long time. The car is my daily driver, so as the situation is now, i'll leave the law as a last resort.

your next best bet then if you do not want to send in a letter from a lawyer is as follows.
1. talk to the owner of the dealership
2. call the 1800 number on the warranty/manual
thats the best you can do, either that or go to a different dealership.
good luck

i wouldnt bother with all this. If you get your clutch replaced by the dealer its only time before it goes again. they definately wont replace it twice your fault or not. I mean if your going to mod it or race just go get a aftermarket clutch put in save yourself a headache, time and money. If you goin to keep it bone stock then ***** to the dealer and get it replaced.
