Please help!!

So here's my deal, I had buschur port my EM and turbo housing. Ever since I re-installed everything I've had nothing but boost/ spool up issues. I build very little pressure in low rpms and I don't reach peak boost until redline, which is pointless because by the time I peak I have to shift. Also I don't hear a blow off any more like I use to before I took the turbo out. I've adjusted my WGA where the rod is as short as possible and it has helped a little but I'm still having the same issue. Maybe you guys can help me out? Any thoughts, comments, or ideas would be muchly appreciated. Thank you!

Did you do a boost leak test?

first check that your vacuum signal to the actuator is sound, no tears/holes. Check the mating surface on the wastegate flapper. Do it either like valves w/ sharpie on one side, close it and see if it transfers all the way around. Or you can take the housing off and shine a light from one side and see if anything peeks through when the flapper is shut. Then double check your wastegate rod length/tension.

Other than that, maybe something was bungled during the installation.
