It all depends from which country you plan to purchase the mods. Since iv specific parts aren't available in the US or Canada, they would be usually purchased from Japan, UK, Australia, each have their own good brands.
Invidia offers a good turbo back
Intake: Apexi, Carbing, Cusco... all offer goods kits.
BOV, the metal bov (evo 9/10) is very good, if you want some distinctive bov sounds then any evo specific aftermarket BOV would fit: Forge, turbosmart, Tial, HKS, Greddy, Synapse....
I highly recommend that you upgrade your engine internals if you plan to run more than 15psi boost.
If you could source an Evo5/6 ECU it would fit (p'n'p) on your 4 & you'll be able to tune the car.

If you plan to upgrade internals I'd grab a block from a 5-9 as well for the revised thrust bearing. Those blocks are prone to crankwalking pretty badly. (Mine did...or rather had already when I bought it. )
