ACT 6 puck clutch

I was just wondering if anyone is running the ACT 6 puck clutch on there car and how they like it. Im thinking of running it on my car. Im shooting for 500whp and want to get some feed back on what clutch is the best for this HP range.

If street drive: NO. If have the coin, exedy twin. If not, look at others like clutchmaster or other comparable tq rating clutch. search, tons of info here

I'm on my second one, it's fine for my DD. Engagement really isn't that harsh, but I do stall the car every now and then. Pedal is stiff, but doesn't seem to crazy to me. Of course I haven't driven a stock clutch in 5 or 6 years, so take this with a grain of salt

Clutchmasters stage 3

man I'd say go clutchmasters stage 3 for the same money. 6 plucks are great for weekend cars but if your driving this thing as a dd I would not run a 6 pluck. Also 6 plucks get about 30-40k before needing to be replaced. I have see a clutchmasters on the other hand handle 534/478 on a evo 9 fp black for 80k just saying I think for the hp your set on cm stage 3 would be best fit.

I hate my ACT,never buying one again. If you aren't making crazy power and want a nice streetable clutch then id go with the comp clutch that english racing sells.

I love mine, no problems driving it through town, engagement isn't bad, neither is pedal pressure. ive had the NON extreme 6 puck in my car already for 15k miles on 700hp 600ftlbs, and its only rated for like 380 and its doin just fine
