ETS or VRSF 3.5" intercooler

I want to purchase a new 3.5" intercooler and am trying to decide between these two. The VRSF is over $200.00 less and there are some recent dynos with people making great power. ETS's intercooler has well documented improvements but is more expensive. Currrently, I am on the stock IX turbo, but eventually I will purchase an FP HTA Green or BBK Full with a power goal around 420 - 440. Is the ETS worth the additional cost or will the VRSF intercooler meet my needs? I have searched for VRSF dynos, but could find only limited data. All input is welcome. Also, I bought my current intercooler used and am not 100% sure it is an AMS.

People seem to be reporting success with the VRSF intercooler, and that's the one I was planning on buying - I'm sure the community would appreciate another data point if you use it with success

If you already have what might be an AMS intercooler, why do you think you need to upgrade? I might be interested in buying it if you want to shoot me a PM.

What about Sakura? They're pretty cool, awesome quality and ceramic coated so the coating won't wear or fade.

If it's just between those two though, I'd go ETS!

I don't think you can go wrong with either. One is much cheaper, but both are nice pieces and both are made by great vendors on here.

ive got a 4" VSRF and LOVE it works great never an issue with anything about it. Two reasons i got it, one i didnt have to modify the crash bar at ALL, TWO i got it FOR DIRT cheap cause the Top tang wasnt welded on, i guess it was like a first run of the intercoolers or something so i got mine for less the $250 shipped. That was the deal of the year to me.

3.5" units in stock & ready to ship

The tab situation has been sorted out for quite a bit, perfect fitment on these newer sets!

Does the 3.5" fit with the stock undertray without cutting it?

Our intercoolers fit behind the crash beam and work with the stock under tray.

Tons of intercoolers in stock - Same day shipping.

I'd have a 3.5" ETS in a heartbeat if the shipping and local taxes didn't take it out of my *** to have one brought to the UK!
