Hard to shift when not in motion

Hi Yall. 80k on the car. light mods.

Clutch done about 15k ago. Exedy Twin Disc HD. Slave Cylinder done just the other day.

problem is that when the car is running and stationary its very hard to get it into any gear. when the car is running and moving it shifts great no issues. If i shut the car off and its stationary it shifts perfect too. If the car is stationary and running and i try to put into gear is has a grinding sound. It almost feels like the clutch isnt disengaging which is preventing me from putting it into any of the gears. .clutch doesn't slip or anything ever.

ive used the "search tool" and ive found similar threads but nothing was ever resolved .

Any help or suggestions would be great.

start with a clutch drag test, to see if the clutch is dragging.

when did this problem occur? im assuming right after you did the slave cylinder, if so then thats your problem.

try re-bleed the system. ur clutch is not dis-engaging. all the way

Adjust your clutch pedal. I have a twin also and after a few thousand miles the pedal needs to be adjusted as the clutch discs start to wear. Also if you have a fork stop mounted on your transmission, that may need some adjustment too. Got 40,000 on mine and my pedal is now adjusted all the way out.
